❌ What we do not offer
Kindly note that Psychmind does not offer the following:
We do not offer couples counselling, family therapy, or services for children or teenagers.
We are not the best fit for clients with active psychosis or schizophrenia, eating disorders, high suicide risk, or substance abuse as the primary treatment goal. These areas are better suited for a multidisciplinary treatment team.
We do not offer bulk-billed Medicare services. All Medicare services incur a gap fee (please see the fees page). A reduced fee is available for healthcare and pension card holders.
We do not provide forensic, medicolegal, or court reports (e.g., Section 32 or 10 reports, family court reports, character references)
We do not prescribe medication for mental health concerns. Medications are generally prescribed by a psychiatrist or medical doctor, and not a psychologist.
We are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or emergency services on 000.
